International Day of Service 9/12/14 On International Day of Service, Arizona staff in Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Yuma worked to support those in our community who need it most – families and individuals in local shelters recovering from poverty, domestic violence and/or addictions. Staff members were tireless in their efforts to clean, organize, paint, landscape, participated in food, clothing, and diaper drives. There were a total of 225 volunteers, partners, and supporters. Together Arizona put in a total of 450 hours of volunteer service to our communities.

On 9/20/14 the North Tucson Firefighters held a BBQ Challenge at Steam Pump Ranch in Oro Valley, AZ to help spread the word about Foster Care and Autism Services in Pima County. Additionally the Fire Fighters received 97 stuffed animals for Pathways of Arizona’s Healing Through Heroes therapeutic program.
